A Carillon is a big contraption with a series of bells placed along racks, they are large complicated structures and a primitive instrument mostly used in cathedrals and churches. In this case the above mentioned company, an insurance company, got behind the Montreal Expo 67 and rode the wave, Interestingly though the theme doesn't appear as official as it is nowhere mentioned on the Wikipedia site.
